Schott Zwiesel Tritan Paris on the Rocks Glass

1 ½ oz Chile Infused Bourbon

{Whoa! What’s that?! Have no fear! Combine ½ a dehydrated chipotle pepper (seeds removed) with 3 cups of your Bourbon of choice and let them mingle for a while. The longer the mingle the more infused the Bourbon will be!}

½ oz Orange Simple Syrup

{Whoa!  What’s THAT?! Easy Peezy! Combine 4 cups of water, 4 cups of sugar and the zest of one orange and voila!}

1 ½ oz REAL Pomegranate Juice

2 Dashes of Bitters

Mix it up Mixologist!

  1. Combine Chile Infused Bourbon, Orange Simple Syrup, Pomegranate Juice and Bitters over ice.

2. Stir and strain over ice filled rocks glass

3. Char an orange peel, rim the glass, drop in and stir {CHAR an orange peel!?!? We are not crazy!  Trust us!  Using a lighter to char an orange peel releases its oils in the most delicious way! You don’t have to char it to a crisp!  Just warm the peel up and give it a good twist!}
